Following the success of the last two years, this years Didcot Events Food Festival is again being organised by Christine Wallace (a quarter finalist in the 2013 Great British Bake off) an active member of the Didcot Events committee. Her enthusiasm and commitment for the food festival shines through the event. By popular demand it is again this year being held in Didcot’s Civic Hall.

If you love food, and who doesn’t, this is not an event to be missed.

For fans of MasterChef The Professionals you will be able to see Nick Bennett Head Chef from Sudbury House's Restaurant 56 team up with his boss Executive Head Chef Andrew Scott at 12.00pm.  

Howard Middleton

Howard Middleton & Christine Wallace from the fourth series of The Great British Bake Off will be doing a joint demonstration at 1.00pm showing off their baking skills.

A fun demo not to be missed.

Julia Chernogorova

Julia is a Siberian born baker who was a contestant on The Great British Bake Off in 2017. She is passionate about sharing bakes from her Russian heritage and the recipes she has developed through her new roots in Britain, as well as exploring different baking cultures around the world. Julia will be demonstrating at 11.00am

Kate Saunders

Kate Saunders trained as a Sports Massage Practitioner working with Olympic and Paralympic gold medalists.  Working with athletes’ means food and nutrition has always been a hot topic of conversation and I’ve always had a passion for cooking and baking. Share Kates passion for Food and nutrition by seeing her demo at 3.00pm
